Η χορωδία του Αγ. Γεωργίου Αχαρνών στο Σύλλογο Ποντίων Φυλής

Η μικτή παραδοσιακή χορωδία του Ιερού Ναού Αγίου Γεωργίου Αχαρνών με την άδεια του προϊσταμένου π. Γεωργίου Καριάμη και κατόπιν προσκλήσεώς της, την 18η Ιανουαρίου 2015,  από το Διοικητικό  συμβούλιο του Καλλιτεχνικού Μορφωτικού Συλλόγου Ποντίων Φυλής «Η Τραπεζούντα» στα πλαίσια των εορταστικών ημερών και της ετήσιας κοπής της πρωτοχρονιάτικης Αγιοβασιλόπιτας, που πραγματοποιήθηκε  στη Στέγη Ποντίων στα Άνω Λιόσια, απέδωσε ύμνους 12 ημέρου, Κάλαντα από όλη την Ελλάδα, καθώς και τραγούδια από τις αλησμόνητες πατρίδες, Μικρά Ασία και Πόντο, προσφέροντας στους ακροατές ένα μοναδικό ηχόχρωμα.

Την καλλιτεχνική διεύθυνση της χορωδίας είχε ο πρωτοψάλτης του Ιερού Ναού Αγίου Γεωργίου Αχαρνών και καθηγητής της Βυζαντινής και δημοτικής μουσικής Παπαδόπουλος Δαυΐδ.

Στην εκδήλωση παρέστησαν και τίμησαν με την παρουσία τους ο Δήμαρχος Φυλής, Χρήστος Παππούς πολιτικοί φορείς, και εκπρόσωποι των πολιτιστικών και αθλητικών συλλόγων.
